Pioneer/Pioneer Elite?

Looks like Pioneer and Pioneer Elite will no longer be listed for sale on the Klipsch website?  Just curious why if anyone knows.

License got handed back to Pioneer. 

 

All to do with machinations up in Hauppauge NY, where the owner of Klipsch, Voxx, is.

 

It was probably redundant, anyway. Why sell Pioneer and Elite when you also have Onkyo and Integra?

Agree with having Onkyo/Integra and Pioneer/Elite.  Many years ago that would have been unheard of with independent representatives selling both brands within the Consumer Electronics Industry.  

 

Not sure of your source but I couldn't find anything relating to the license going back to Pioneer.  Where does the brand go from here?   Sad.
