I have a brand new The One Plus tabletop bluetooth speaker.  Works perfectly via Bluetooth with Android phones, Android tablets, Window 10 laptop as well as 3.5mm AUX audio input from any source.  However, it DOES NOT produce sound with a Lenovo Laptop running Windows 11.  I use other Bluetooth audio devices with my Windows 11 laptop included Bose headphone, Klipsch Groove speaker and SoundCore A50 earphone.

The One Plus connects every time as Bluetooth audio device to Windows 11, as expected, but no sound is generated.  I've use the Bluetooth TEST function in Windows 11 and multiple audio sources.  I have tried every possible debugging path:  OS updates, Bluetooth driver updates, One Plus factory reset, Window 11 reboot, deleted and reinstall drivers, advanced Bluetooth connectivity enabled, in all combinations.

The ONLY clue I have is that once connected and sending audio out that channel, I hear a very feint tick, barely audible, but NO SOUND.  Klipsch Groove works perfectly with my Windows 11 laptop, but not the One Plus.  Bluetooth driver is at Version 5.3 which matches the One Plus specifications.

I have a support ticket in with Klipsch, but so far they don't have any suggestions beyond the obvious, all of which I've tried.

Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions, help would be greatly appreciated.

I finally reached Klipsch technical support via telephone today.  They have forward my support ticket to their technical integration team, who subsequently filed a case with Microsoft.  They did not say specifically that they were able to reproduce the problem, but the fact that they forwarded the issue to Microsoft would suggest that they believe the problem to be endemic to Windows 11 (Pro in my case).  I hope to hear back in a few days.

Hey man, any update on this issue? I have the same thing going on with my speaker and laptop. Im running a windows 11 pro thinkpad. My klipsch one plus connects fine. But no sound what so ever. The speaker plays sound just fine with my android phone. Its really odd! I cant seem to find a setting on my end either.

Same here. I just installed a Dell Inspiron 24-5430 all-in-one desktop, and my One Plus will not work. I had Dell support help me for almost two hours, to no avail.  Tech rep reinstalled BIOS, bluetooth drivers and audio drivers and rebooted the system about a hundred times. It worked fine on my Windows 10 Dell, and it works if I connect a USB-C cable from the PC to the One Plus. When pairing the devices, I get the audio sound that confirms it's connected, but in the test mode and real time, the sound does not happen. I waited on hold for a Klipsch technical person for 45 minutes today, but my call was terminated because it went past 4 p.m. EST. I'm thinking I will just buy a USB-C to USB-C cable and connect the devices, which I guess I can live with. It doesn't sound like a fix is coming anytime soon.

I bought a One Plus a couple of weeks ago.  I'm trying to use it with a Windows 11 laptop using Bluetooth.   The laptop finds the speaker and shows that it is connected.  But there is no sound.  The speaker works when it is connected to the laptop with a cable. I tried using other devices (an android phone and a chromebook) and sometimes the speaker made intermittent sound at 1 second intervals.  I can't think of anything else to do to make the sound work.
