Pic Posting Problem

I've tried to post a pic that is only 1.7 meg and I keep getting this error:

 

"Sorry an unknown server error occurred when uploading this file (Error code:-200)

Likely too close to the 2mb limit. Would try downsizing to kb.

Nope, downsizing to 1.2 mb produces same result. FYI I have posted stuff as big as 1.8 megs, no problem

Host the photo yourself... problem solved.

For some time now I have only been able to upload photos with a very low resolution in my posts. In the past a file size of 3 mb or more was no problem. Have the general conditions changed or does each member have a certain contingent that I have exhausted? If so, what can I do? Do I have to delete old photo uploads?

I have tried an image server, now it works this way.

It's broken. I haven't been able to post a picture in quite some time.

 I post pics all of the time- I try and keep them just under 1 mb and only post one at a time, seems to work.
