Klipsch Epic CF series versions

I've owned 3 pairs of CF-3's so I'm fully aware of how the serial numbers, versions, options, crossovers, wiring, horns, woofer, etc., differences are.  The main thing I'm curious of, which is rarely, if ever, mentioned, is having to do with those same "version" differences in the CF-1 and CF-2.  Did those get all these running changes as well or were they left as was being the smaller of the 4 models?
