Cinema 600 no sound

I'm having an issue with my Cinema 600 sounds bar. I can connect to the bar Bluetooth but I get no noise. I have tried different phones and doing a factory reset on the bar. I have power to the bar and can control the volume with my phone... at least I can control the LED lights that indicate volume.  It's only like a year and a half old.  I love the sound and am at a loss
