Isshinryu Posted December 23, 2024 Posted December 23, 2024 (edited) These Cornwall IVs were purchased as brand new, factory-sealed, B-stock. There are in perfect condition with absolutely no blemishes, scratches, damaged veneer, or anything else on either of the speakers. These speakers have not been moved since they were unboxed and placed in their respective locations. In addition, custom cut and polished tempered glass panels were fabricated to fit the the top of each speaker. Price is reduced one last time to $3,600 including the $250 protective glass tops. These speakers have seen very little use (~140 hours), have been used only with quality electronics (i.e., Luxman L-550 II Integrated [20 WPC, Class A], Luxman D-03 CD, and HiFi Rose Streamer), and were never played loud or abused in any fashion. They reside in a smoke-, child-, and pet-free home and were always used only by me. As I have no interest in shipping these due to the potential for damage or loss during transit, these will require pickup from my home outside Knoxville, Tennessee. If desired, I will leave these unboxed and set up so the potential purchaser can confirm proper operation and condition prior to finalizing the sale. I will gladly help with very careful packing and loading for transport. I am also willing to very carefully pack (in the original boxes) and deliver these speakers to the prospective buyer within a reasonable driving distance from my home outside Knoxville, Tennessee at no additional charge. Please feel free to message me with any questions. Edited March 6 by Isshinryu Speakers are sold 3 Quote

Schu Posted December 25, 2024 Posted December 25, 2024 I was always curious as to why folks use glass on their tops? are you setting stuff up there? 1 Quote

Many do, especially with very large speakers. They do take up a lot of living room real estate. Happy wives happy lives. 1 Quote
RLink Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Can you please share where to have the Glass Panels made? I live in Florida but perhaps they are available online??? Cost??? Thank You. Quote
Marvel Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Go to a glass place near where you live. Give them the dimensions. Have them grind the edges. You don't need tempered glass. https://g.co/kgs/tqWFYkX 3 Quote
SWL Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Yeah, that's what I did for my KLF-30's. It was cheap and looks cool. Quote

Schu Posted February 21 Posted February 21 those are a BEAUTIFUL set of speakers... worth the price of admission. Someone grab these. Quote
Quad Khorns Posted February 21 Posted February 21 Geez, where were you a year ago, when I had searched for at least year for a set of speakers for my wife. I am two hours from you in Bristol. Coincidentally, exactly one year ago from your initial post, I took delivery of a pristine set of Klipsch Belles from a fellow in Knoxville that he too delivered them to me. Wish I had another place for these... Quote
