MrT58
Got a chance to buy one of these for 200, wonder if any of you have experience with them? Good/bad, issues to look out for? Thanks,
seti
I always wanted one for nostalgia sake. I haven't heard one in years. If it is fully functional 200 is worth a shot.

Then it becomes a question of do I spend hundreds of dollars to get a $200 amp refurbished?

I don't want to consider what Ive dropped in amps and speaker rebuild of late, has be close to 1000- may have been better spent on a new piece. Matthews
Just today, I switched out my Carver set (TFM-15CB) for a vintage Oinkers I have. The Carver is a nice set but something was missing. The Onkyo dances circles around the Carver set. So much so, I am now on the hunt for an M-504!

LaScalas don’t need an M504, but they sure sound good with one!
Schu
That can not be a good thing if an Onkyo has the ability to do the dancing...
MookieStl
Used a tfm-15cb for quite a while with LS. Sounded great. Had a couple of them. As stated, they are pretty old now and started wearing out. I would advise finding something else. They were good in their day.
