Well, Buckeye Boy....  (I too am from Ohio so I can say that!)  perhaps I intentionally waited until you were unable?  Just speculating.

Check out this area.  Right now, there is a development on the road I live on...  putting up some nice houses.  The person who bought the land, is also developing the lots so they (husband/wife) have a vested interest in everything being nice as they live there too.  Their first house there was 10,000 sq/ft .....  just for the two of them.  (maybe they like their space?)  lol

 

Further down the road, where the cheapskates live (uh....  that's me in the poor neighborhood)

This land, roughly 250 acres will be sold some day or maybe parceled out....  so you could move/build here, be a neighbor then, I won't have to build the garage nor buy some tonnage speakers!  I could just mooch off yours and let you mooch off the tractor and backhoe.  Also fun toys to play with.

Bruce sold them to me. I ran them with K-402’s for awhile and ended up selling them. I am also regretful. They just took up too much space that I didn’t have at the time. They sounded fantastic.
