S391
I have an interesting one that I'm hoping someone can help me with. I have a pair of Heresy 2's that, according to the serial number records, were build the week of Jan 15, 1986. However, according to the work order tag I found on the inside the cabinet shop built them 10/1/86 and the sanding dept sanded them on 10/2/86.... Is this normal?? Did did they issue batch serial numbers then just not build the product until they needed it? Edited April 29 by S391

2mnytkz
Hello, I'm looking at a used set of vintage Heresy speakers but the SN's aren't coming back to legit #'s. Any assistance in deciphering these would be greatly appreciated. The have the faded out label with stamped number of: G535754 and G535784. I can't find any info with a letter as the first character in a Klipsch SN.

Disregard G and look up When an S serial number was made and that should be the year.
