Porsche
Well, no thanks to this forum and all of its inhabitants... ... I went out to the Klipsch authorized dealer this weekend and picked up a pair of Reference RF-3's, RC-3's and RS-3's. I boxed up my Quintet Microtheatre and away I went... this new system is totally amazing. I've got the audio bug now... agggghh! A quick question: I was reading the archives on here, and someone mentioned that there will ALWAYS BE some sort of hiss/hum from the speakers. In my case, it is very hard to tell, and truth be told, exactly what conditions need to be set in order to hear hiss? Thanks! ------------------ Onkyo TX-DS575X( Receiver Sony DVPS 560D DVD Player Klipsch RF-3 Klipsch RS-3 Klipsch RC-3 Klipsch KSW-12 Subwoofer Sony 32" Trinitron TV Klipsch Quintet Microtheatre (boxed up)
HornEd
Congratulations, Porsche, on your new "ear-tasty" fare and the impending "box launch" of your microtheater appetizer. Enjoy... and welcome to the never ending upward spiral of "joy & circumstance" in one's HT races against what's in one's garage. Don't forget to write.
