Parrot
The stream is indeed exposing tree roots and eventually some trees will fall over, but it's no problem. Nature is in flux.

meagain
Oh Mr. Parrot - You MUST have Trillium, Bloodroot, Arisaema and god only knows what other precious and valuable native woodland plants there! Gah!
Brian W.
Steve: What a fascinating story! I've attempted to attach a picture to this post from the Constance Money pictorial -- one of the few in the spread that does not involve any nudity, other than, I suppose, the nude Taku, who, I must say, is gazing off into the distance with a look of unrequited love (whether for the playfully alluring Constance or for you, his briefly lost owner, I do not know). Any idea whatever happened to C. Money (Susan Jensen)?

Myhamish
Here's Cammie the firedog. This is an unedited non Photoshopped photo. Cody_Mack
No longer cute, but rather handsome at 11 months; guess who gets to take care of him now? But I love him, he is so affectionate and begs for hugs. Rick

Olorin
It's great to see this thread bumped, and it's hard to believe it's been four and a half years since I last posted in it. From four years and three pages ago, here are Happy and Gracie: They both crossed the rainbow bridge in the summer of 2009, and I was driving home today I thought of them for the first time in a while. Funny how these things converge when you're not looking for them. Minna and Riley take their place in my house, but not in my heart. Each has his or her own place there. Minna, like Gracie, is a female German Shepherd and a shelter rescue, and Riley, like Happy, is of unknown heritage and a street stray. Rescues make the best pets.
