ben.
Nice Bernese. They're pretty rare, but there's a breeder down the road from me. The President of Fuji flew in for a pup a several years ago, they say. They get an average of $1200...

markmaple
Mulligan Why is this picture so big when I make it in-line? It resizes nice if I view it from the download button.
Moderators Amy Posted June 17, 2005 Moderators Share Posted June 17, 2005 The picture was just huge! The forum isn't very consistant with auto-resize. I fixed it for you.
customsteve01
Here is Lexie out in the snow. Just wish she would have had her eyes open, its a good picture other than that. Amy, I see you have a Rotty, I used to have a 98lb female her name was Cheslea, very loyal dog. Steve
Moderators Amy Posted June 17, 2005 Moderators Share Posted June 17, 2005 Hey, Steve, Beautiful dog... I can't believe it looks like she's actually enjoying laying in the snow Josie is a very small Rottie, about 65 lbs. The sweetest dog I've ever owned by far. They are incredibly loyal, and thrive on human companionship.
customsteve01
Amy, Lexie really loves playing in the snow. If you notice there is snow on her head. We will make snowballs and throw them and she will dive into the snow after them and come up with a mouthfull of snow. Yes Rotties need and want attention. hurdy_gurdyman
Here's my best friend, Isha. She's resting up after one of our almost daily bicycle runs. Here's a link to more pictures. http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/the_hurdy_gurdyman/album?.dir=/cb32 I posted the link Waaay back in this thread, but hadn't actually put a picture on the thread, so figured I do it now. BTW, for some strange reason, she loves being in the snow, even taking long naps in it with temperatures around 0 degrees F. Dave
hurdy_gurdyman
Hmmm, I still didn't get the pic to come up on the page, only as an attachment. What am I doing wrong? Dave

dubai2000
Fingers crossed that this will work . Yes, it did - big surprise . I certainly wouldn't want to be without my audio gear, but if I had to choose.....who can resist the eyes (and nose) of a dog.... ? LarryC
Wolfram, Beautiful dog, beautiful fur, beautiful photo! Interesting reflection in the eyes -- did you use an "umbrella flash" or what? Larry
dubai2000
Larry, you kind words will be passed on . But more seriously: no special flash was used. I just took some shots with a simple digital camera I borrowed from work. To tell the truth - ever since I have been thinking of getting one myself, but usually some audio temptation has come up....
