I haven't even shot my bow in two weeks and I need the practice bad. I have a state championship to defend this month. I have an appointment with an orthropedic surgeon tomorrow. Hopefully I can just get a shot in each shoulder to reduce the inflamation. This getting old rots! Of course if I knew I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself when I was younger! ........... NAH! That's a lot of Budweiser over the bridge.
