nicholtl Posted October 2, 2004 Posted October 2, 2004 Hey Kev, didn't know you were a fellow Halo owner. What else do you run in your setup? Quote
neomartic Posted October 4, 2004 Posted October 4, 2004 NormanB, Looks good, but isn't that center channel a little small for your front l/r? Very nice tv, btw. Quote

Pako Posted October 13, 2004 Author Posted October 13, 2004 Chris Robinson, Nice, clean setup you have there. Nice little noob question for you: Does your center so close to the TV cause any magnetic interference with the TV? What are you guys doing to shield your TV's? Quote

By the way, is "un-Stickied" a word? I guess as long as members are willing to phost their setups, it will always be close to the top. Quote
Joe Shmoe Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Here's the corner rack I built into the wall. Quote
Joe Shmoe Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 And here's the side mounted KSP-S6's. As you can see I am in sort of a predicament for adding more speakers for 7.1 Quote
gcoker Posted October 14, 2004 Posted October 14, 2004 I finally have gotten around to taking some pictures. The first is of the 40" Sony and Yamaha receiver. Quote
gcoker Posted October 14, 2004 Posted October 14, 2004 Here we see the RF-7's and the RC-3II. I'm planning on gettnig the RC-7 soon. Quote

Yeah....I PM one of the moderators asking that it be stickied and within an hour of sending the message, it was stickied! Now that's service! Then just a few days later, the sticky was gone. Guess you guys will just have to keep posting photos and others of us will just BUMP this sucker from time-to-time. That reminds me, I need to post a photo of my temporary HT. BTW - a big THANK YOU to those who've posted photos of their system. No matter how big or small, elaborate or simple, I enjoy seeing them all. Tom Quote

What are you guys doing to shield your TV's? ---------------- None at all, actually. The plasma TV is pretty impervious to it, and I had a 34" regular TV in its place beforehand. No problem with it either. Thanks for the compliments. I just worked with the room I had! Quote
Joe Shmoe Posted October 14, 2004 Posted October 14, 2004 I had a shielding problem with my 27" TV , but in the RPTV the tube is lower and more out of the way I guess so it's not affected. And I think I was able to move them a little farther away from the side of the TV when I moved everything to my basement. Same goes for the center channel, it's not close to the tube. Sorry for not being more technical... hope I helped. Quote
