I find it extremely enlightening and humorous that NOS tosses out a thread with 'argue' in the title and the thread quickly garners more views in less than a day than topics which have sat here for several days if not a week. Sad state of affairs and seemingly contradictory to all the public claims people want a board void of all these nasty humanisms. The reflections in the looking glass are starting to come into focus. Three of the seminarians that went through the university at the same time as my wife and I are currently behind bars for molestation. At times, based on conversations with priests, I would rather be praying at the altar with you. I know exactly where you stand, and how you feel, about most things relating to faith. We often place our faith in people, and people fail. We both agree on the same thing - up to a point- and deviate at the root cause for the failure, and the future outcome of the failee Besides, if God preferred PP over SET, then why did he deign to allow SET to be the first design promulgated, according to Calvinist sensibilities? Heck I was just trying to have some fun and express my boredom as of late on the forum. Like I said earlier it was like this last summer also, I'm sure that the new moderation has also had some effect. I think everyone is acting like they can't disagree for fear of being banned or something. This is just not true you just have to be respectful when you disagree no big deal. My two (2) channel system does not argue, demean, disrespect. If I want fights, I wait for Friday Night Fight on my television. Gee, now we want to pick on Amy. Well I for one PMd her regarding the lewd statements and attempt at photos. So now you can gang on Me, Amy and Trey. I would imagine that there are others that do not bother to speak. Part of this thread reminds me of the saying - "I went to a boxing match last night and a hockey game broke out." As far as I know, the ability to PM has not been banned YET - before that happens everyone should exchange email addresses so you can send the insults, barbs and arguments to each other. If you REALLY want to be PC - why not have two (2) systems - one (1) SET and the other PP? Just remember to all have identical rooms, furnishings, LxWxH, placements of equipment, etc.. It takes 30 seconds to go from page to page. I had assumed that it had something to do with the administration purging the duplicates and checking alias' etc. I know I have curtailed my viewing because the loading has become so cumbersome. Indeed, half the handles used are 'fake' so there is no person to get personal with in the first place. To come into this thread and somehow relate it to a 'boxing match' or a 'pick on Amy' thread is entirely fallacious. Ridding the forum of lewd and pornographic pictures is a noble cause; comparing that purpose to a 'banter' thread is so far off-base as not to be in the game. You mention "If I want fights..." then you 'tune' into that channel. If this level of discussion is too violent, disturbing or whatever, don't 'tune' into a thread which clearly hints at the nature of the discussion in its topic. Why can't people who don't like something learn to avoid partipating in it? THAT is the problem on this forum and in society in general; we preach diversity but insist on practicing conformity. Everyone here by now is well aware of Ryans misleading statements. The topic has been hashed and rehashed. Generally in life a person accepts or declines to accept the explanation of someone caught in a situation, that on the face of it, appears to be less than truthful. You forgive or not, then you move on. That was not enough for one of our members here, the continued threat presence had to be chastised to the point of nonexistance. He garned the support of other members here that were either unable or to lazy to think for themselves, and finally accomplished his goal. Which is more tolerable, misrepresentation or a total lack of respect shown publicly for another. I'm sick of it. And it continues to go on. For one persons benefit. Why not apply your truth to all equally. The sad truth is that one members disrespect toward another and lack of truth has led the less intelligent members here down the road to the ongoing acceptance and continued cultivation of hatred that has brought this forum to where it is today.
