fastlane Posted October 3, 2004 Share Posted October 3, 2004 I picked up this player at an estate sale recently along with some other audiophile equipment(B&W speakers, Nak tape deck, Thorens turntable). I am familiar with those items and can find info on them, but this cd player has me puzzled. It is a Magnavox FD1040, made in Belgium, modified by Euphonic technonlogy in CT. It is very heavy and does sound better than my other cd player (my Toshiba dvd player). Any info., critiques or links would be helpful.
