Frzninvt Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 Say what? I am lost here? You want to take what you have and make it worse? I would say that 2 Cornwalls and 3 Heresy's is good, if anything add more Heresy's! Front effects speakers are more gimmick than functional but do make a nice difference, I would use KG1's for that and leave the Heresy's where they are! Quote
Olorin Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 I kind of thought the same thing but was a little hesitant to voice it. The only response that came to my mind was "Why?" Quote
mopar dave Posted November 2, 2004 Author Posted November 2, 2004 well, i have a small room (11x20)and the rear heresy's take up to much room, so i figured i might replace them with an effects speak that hanges on the wall for the rear and add effects up front to compliment the cornwalls and heresy center. i'm using a yamaha rx-v2092, it has many effects outputs and thought i might take advantage of some of them. Guest Anonymous Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 maybe 3 academy's or you will have to custome make someto really match. the devil's side, know the walls down and get 3 more corns Quote
mopar dave Posted November 2, 2004 Author Posted November 2, 2004 thanks guys. thats what i need to know, what will keep up with the cornwalls and heresy center? want to hange 4 effects, 2 front, 2 rear. Quote
dodger Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 You might want to have a dedicated 2 channel system using the Cornwalls and as said above add more Heresys. Or you might want to try RB-15s or RB-25s. Different sound, but still close to the same efficiency. dodger Quote
