dodger
In trying for one post, 3 ERROR messages. Maybe it's a way to get us off the computers. dodger
MagicMtnDan
Maybe you were being bad and deserved a timeout I've gotten them a lot around here. Once it even led to a double-post... oh well
Daddy Dee
only three? I'd call that a good day!
CECAA850
I tried to respond to a question yesterday and got "timed out". After retyping twice and getting bumped, I got aggravated and logged off. Guess they didn't want to hear what I had to say. Carl
D-MAN
I've been getting that for a couple of days now. I thought it was just me... DM
nicholtl
There's 2 tricks to make sure your long-winded posts don't go in vain... 1) After typing your lengthy and thunderous response, select the body of your text and use your computer's COPY function. That way, if you time out, simply go back and PASTE it and hit reply. 2) When it seems like the forum is stuck, click your mouse around the screen, run it over the top buttons (home, posted today, most active, my profile, etc), and try opening up new internet browser pages. The activity seems to get the processor running again.

MagicMtnDan
You definitely want to copy the post so you don't lose that witty retort you spent time crafting And I suggest opening another browser up and pasting your post in there just in case. jt1stcav
It's a shame we have to resort to such tactics in the first place...what gives? Guess IdealBB is still not up to snuff in their upgrades department.
