007
100+ feet of speaker wire, get cheap 16 guage wires - 20-30 bucks tops 1 digital coax wire 10-15 dollar 1 RCA subwoofer cable 10-15 dollars 1 s-video cable 10 bucks 1 entry reciever dont spend more than 250 dollars (I'd recomend the HK AVR-130 or an entry pioneer) watts are not important for these speakers. 1 subwoofer (spend at least 300 dollars on this unit, its worth the money, even for an entry HT system like the Q2's. Stay away from the KSW-10 or 12. There are better solutions. Check out the HSU STF-1/2 or RW-8/10 1 DVD player, get anything that has digital out. beyond that, all its a pereference of video quality. 1 TV solution - you're on your own here. 1 box of popcorn

Spend $350-400 and get the Panny digital receiver, and be glad you did.
Chastity
Using a Pioneer VSX-D811S on the Quintet IIs, and no problems here. I would get a more substantial receiver if you plan on listening to DVD-A / SACD tho. At anything over -26dB on the volume control will cause the receiver to overload and shutdown due to Dynamic Range requirements in the audio at peak points.
