thebes
Old thrills are still good thrills. Didn't really appreciate what had happened to me until Craig rebuilt them and I'd had some time listening through them. Still amaze, every day. A little nostalga trip and a reminder of just how helpful the folks arond here can be.
tom b. 57
Man, what a score! Congratulations. I thought I did good finding my Marantz 300DC amp and 3250 pre for $50.00. Compared to your score mine was minuscule. That is so cool. How long have you been running the Marantz now? Tom
AndyKubicki
Holy Schmoly! I can't tell you how many garage and estate sales I tried and saw NOTHING with tubes (well, one TV set). Great find! Congrats!
colterphoto1
That is one very sweet amp. I heard it with your Heresies last year during LarryC's symphony trip. Wonderful for a Sunday morning coffee.
Timmikid
That is just unbelieveable! Wow! Congrats. Before finally deciding on the MC30's, this was the only other contender. Actually I would love to have both... []

whamo
Thanx for bringing back that old thread. That's cool because I've never read it but have heard of it through word of mouth and bits and pieces mentioned of it here on the forum. That's legendary no doubt about it.
