I saw a T in the Klipsch museum but never an ad. PWK was into home theater before anyone else.

I'd read that Alnico based drivers do not produce the intensity of field which warps CRTs' focus. This makes some sense because I think there was no magnetic shielding of the speakers in old TV's. Here we see a big external speaker which probably had Alnico based drivers too.

BTW: Is it only my web browser? I typically can not see an attachment to a first post. I don't see one here.

That is why, in my posts, I attach it to a second frame.

I always liked the one with the woman holding an album, standing next to a Klipschorn. She looks very tall in relationship to loudspeaker. Still, very dignified and stately looking - always reminded me of my wife.

We once had a long running thread on this topic, it was pretty cool.
