djk, Crossover Help Needed

I want to build a pair of passive crossovers to mate a pair of KP-480 Subwoofers to a Pair of HIPs (Heresy Industrial/Professional). I want to crossover somewhere between 100 and 150 Hz. The HIPs have a cast frame E-V driver and I can't remember its model number. What I relly need is the impedance curves of each, or I can use the T-S parameters.

The test gear I have is inadequate, so I will have to use Manufacturer's data. Normally the subs will be used with a permanently installed active crossover, but for simple, non-technical users (ID10T-proof use) I want to build these crossovers with labels so we can just roll them out and say "plug here" and they will work. I'd expect indoor use with teenagers.

It's the grey cast frame woofer. I don't have ready access to them. They are at the church. Yep, 2 of them! I should be able to find something with that model number. I couldn't remember it. Thanks!
