frankphess
While trying to move one of my rf-7's last night I tried to pick up the speaker while putting my left hand on the top of the speaker, near the inside of the horn, tilted the speaker forward, then put my left hand inside the upermost baffle in back. When I lifted up, the baffle slipped out of the cabinet. While there was no actual damage to my cabinet, it certainly could have been a catastrophe. Just a word of caution. oscarsear
Odd that the baffle would not take lifting almost a hundred pounds, jeesh!!! From the back, bring both hands around the front making certain to grip the speaker, not the grille, then tilt backwards. In a hugging motion rock it back into you loving arms and lift with your legs. Move only a little distance at a time this way. Otherwise get a dolly and a moving pads.[]
