"I don't see any relationship between your product and the promotion of Klipsch business. The fact they allow you to do so, says something about their sanctioning approach. When you post in a public forum, you can't claim it's not someone's business to respond..."

What Craig said was that it wasn't anyone's business to tell him that he couldn't or shouldn't do something that Klipsch Corporate said he could do. If you have an issue with it, stay out of the thread. Better yet, email Klipsch and tell them you'll leave the forum if they don't change their policy. With your track record and clout here -- I'm sure they'll immediately make a change in policy.

Hey, I was just defending Edmond. If Craig hadn't slammed him and called him names I would have let this whole thing slide, as I have done every other time these NOS Valves Promotional Threads have appeared.

Edmond is a good man who has gone out of his way to help people in the same manner Craig has helped so many of us. He is NOT a troll--he was simply suggesting to Craig a BETTER way to fish for testimonials, a way that would seem less like a commerical for VRD Amps.

Flawed reasoning once again. My inbox is full of testimonials since this thread so my methods worked just fine thank you. It still is none of Edmunds business and he is still a Troll. He rarely posts here anymore and decides to come in and bash me when he see's fit. HE STEPPED FIRST AS ALWAYS. You may like him I do not. I have ask him repeatedly in the past to just simply not post to me.

Yea and funny part is the complainers just gave me more exposure. I mean I never intended this thread even get a response in the thread.

Craig

I think your avatar is the response to your statement above.

Try taking a Marketing 101 class at the local community college.

I don't see any relationship between your product and the promotion of Klipsch business. The fact they allow you to do so, says something about their sanctioning approach. When you post in a public forum, you can't claim it's not someone's business to respond, otherwise, beg on your own site. If I posted on your site I would be trolling. That is not the case here. When you make the post here, I or anyone else have every right to comment, whether you like it or not.

Klipsch out.

Personally, I thought the C-22 thread was a good one because it showed

everyone what could be done to an preamp with a before and after

picture with the descriptions. I find the pics useful as a teaching

tool.

===============

Try naming a brick and mortar store or product manufacturer that would pass on inormation to a hobbyist?

I know next to nothing about Mc Intosh let alone the C-22.

Very informative and certainly took a sizable amount of time to put the C-22 thread together.

Strange how less than robust made in China amps and Technician wannbees

receive far less mean spirited comments combined than Craig does.

The work that Craig performs makes Heritage and Reference lines sound

more musical than many other amp options I have auditioned in the past

7 years. He does risk any forum situation making disparaging comments

on his work; I have never read a disgruntled customert thread.

Funny, I agree with AllanS., Jazman, and TBrennan, You NOSvalves are the troll. The rest of us want to talk (or at least read talk of ) Klipsch speakers.

I don't know you but before you come to such harsh decisions I highly suggest you look up some history on this forum. If you knew all that has went on here you might see things differently. But your welcome to your opinion.

Okay let me try to give you a short history. Allan and Edmond have both been banned or given a time out here before. I have not if that might help you make a clearer judgment. The rest we would have to go back years to explain the under lying problems. This entire problem started from a post from a guy that literally hates my guts and the only reason the post was made was to goad me. Then they try to play off like what he was doing was trying to do me a favor. Trust me this guy would just as soon punch me in the mouth then to talk to me. He has threatened me bodily harm right on this very forum before and other people also. He may seem like a gentlemen but disagree with him and you will see the true man. Allan is usually a great guy and honestly for the most part I like him. But he stuck his noise where it did not belong at least IMHO. This thread would of floated off into never land if they would of just left well enough alone. This entire argument was covered and ruled upon by Klipsch long ago. Many of us have been on this forum for 4 years or more so what shows on the surface to someone that may not have been here this entire time can be very misleading. Everyone knows that I will not back down when I feel I'm in the right or attacked. The fact is I haven't started a thread that was pertinent to my business in a very long time. I pop one up and then this simple request thread and what you see is what I get.

Dean,

FYI, I don't kiss anyone's butt, Klipsch's or anyone else's. Often the truth is painful, and if I am punished for speaking it by this forums moderators, so be it. I have never applied for, nor wished for membership in the club of "good ole boys". I also care less if people want to pay almost $3000 for modified Dynaco kits. Simply stated, peddle your wares on your own site. Considering your track record of keeping your word, you should keep your mouth shut. That's how much clout you have with me. Get it?

Klipsch out.

See what I mean now he is attacking someone else that never said a single word to him. But this person happens to disagree with his opinion so........

Ah, I see there's a space between NOS and Valves on one of them. Yeah, weird.

Fini,

I figured out the weirdness. I made that post on the PC in my shop(which I don't normally use for posting). I spelled NOSValves with a space and the crazy forum excepted my login. Isn't that crazy! I wonder if its a bug or long ago I registered that name?
