DrWho
Welcome to the forums. I hope you have a deep pocket because it's very easy to catch the upgrade bug around here (especially as you meet new people and visit their homes to demo their systems....) [] Be sure to keep an eye open for the KLF-C7...they go up for sale every so often on the forums, which is a great place to buy and trade as most everyone here is very trustworthy. Just to give you an idea of what you've gotten into....a guy I really didn't know (colterphoto) flew to florida from Indy and drove back with a pair of Chorus II speakers...then I drove down to Indy from Chicago to pick them up. We're good friends now and we hang out quite frequently now (considering the distance). He teaches me about oldschool music and I bring down cornwalls from Chicago (you'll get to know colter and realize how funny that is...the dude has like 30 pairs of huge speakers). Seadog
Patrick, There is still hope for you. Get out while you can, before you become nuts like the rest of us. Now you can't say you weren't warned.
Zen Traveler
...RC-7 for a center channel (I know bad match to the mains, but it sounds close.) Patrick Then I would call it a good (if not great) match for the mains, although not perfect [] Nice set up, by the way.
colterphoto1
I'd say welcome to the madness, but I see you're halfway there. Agree with the Doc on the KLF-C7. It's a great unit and a perfect match to those KLF20's. Sell that RC7 (which is a killer center) or save it for the eventual Ref system if you're so inclined. Actually, you probably don't have that bad a mismatch on your hands. Are YOU happy with the sound? Please chime in any time, that's how we all learn. There are no bad questions Michael
wuzzzer
Hey, I'm just up the road in St. Cloud. Nice setup! And do you really have a 77 foot screen?!? [6]
DrWho
Sell that RC7 (which is a killer center) or save it for the eventual Ref system if you're so inclined. Dude, that's a good call...he's already got reference everywhere else...perhaps an upgrade to RF-7 mains! See? We're already spending your money for you []

patmcnevi
Thanks for the warm welcome guys. DrWho, I am already getting upgradeites because I am looking for a more powerfull receiver for my system. I am not gonna ditch the RC-7 any time soon. The reason I got the RC-7 and RS-7's is because if something ever happened to the KLF-20's, I can easily upgrade to the RF-7's because they will be faster to find than a pair of KLF-20's. Then when I get them I can play with them. mOOn, I really don't care about the Vikings or any other sport because I never got into them. I do like pro wrestling though. seadog, To late I have been in this home theater hobby for over 10 years. Also because I like movies too much and want to experience them on a big screen with big sound so I am stuck here for the long ride. wuzzzer, I have a good friend that lives in St. Cloud. I haven't talked to him in a few months so maybe the next time I come up there I will let you know. Also I do not have a 77' screen, but I do have a 77" screen. I think I put foot instead of inch is because I had a weird dream that I was watching a movie that was a cross between poltergiest 2 and the exorcisiom of emily rose. I was whatching it on my big screen and the visuals and sound were getting me freaked out. While I was watching the movie I noticed my SVS was doing a really good job and if I am dreaming my sub is doing a good job I think I need some help. Sunburn Willy, If i will the lottery tomorrow u can have the 5 bucks. Patrick

Champagne taste beer budget
Welcome to the nuthouse, Patrick. If you ever get up near Brainerd-Aitkin let me know, I live on one of our 24,000 lakes and can get you out fishing for a spell, then hopefully waste a good hour or so in my yet to be constructed dedicated two channel room. Enjoy yourself, lots to be learned around here.
