pythagore
My Outlaw 990 pre/pro is on sale on ebay. See link below. http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5830682067&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1 Note: Canadians avoid taxes and customs. I'm open to trade. I need another pair of RF7 or another RSW15.
erikm121
Hi, I was thinking of a 990 along with others. Why are you selling it?
pythagore
I bought it just for curiosity, because I heard a lot about Outlaw and wanted to check for myself. However, since I'm in Canada I had to pay customs/taxes ($280). Plus, I was away for 2 weeks and failed to return it on time.
tpg
So, did it not hold up to your expectations? Any negative comments about it as a whole? I've been eyeing these for a while and would be interested in hearing some comparisons. Thanks!
pythagore
The thing is I never intended on keeping it. I had an excellent pre/pro (Aragon Stage One) prior to buying the Outlaw. What made the experience bad was I never expected to be out of $280 (Taxes/duty) since I intended to return it before the 30 days evaluation period. As for sonic quality, everyone has their own taste, you will have to check for yourself.
