MTMT
Many electronics manufacturer would quietly tweak their products to improve it during the life cycle of the product without publicizing it. So for example, some cameras will get updated firmware etc. Some speakers will get upgraded specs. Often, these happens quietly. Anyone knows if the iFi has also gone through quiet improvements? In particular I'm most curious if they changed their 'amp' characteristics to accentuate the highs a bit to compensate for the widely mentioned subdued highs. (Yes, one can do a EQ adjustment but that is highly imprecise for most portable devices compared to the manufacturer tweaking it specifically.) Thanks, MTMT

Thanks, MTMT I be also interested on feedback also on this topic. My iFi has more then adequate high response, with no hiss when used with a computer with no EQ used (flat), and it was purchased a week ago. 007
I think at least the remote firmware and/or circuit board has been changed to prolong battery life.
