kenratboy
So Amy, when can we expect some official (or unofficial) info, especially pictures, of the new stuff? I wanna see!
Klipsch Employees Trey Cannon Posted December 17, 2005 Klipsch Employees Share Posted December 17, 2005 They were taking pic's of the new Ref line last week. We will check to see if we can post any. It will be next week.....
kenratboy
Ohhh, were they 'hot'? Any cues from the new Synergy line (basic appearance?) Obviously, don't say anything that could get you in trouble - I just want to know when to expect them!
007
I was disappointed because I thought this thread was going to be a sneak peek of Amy. har har har...

Speedball
Maybe it's an eight driver three way......coooooooool! Looks like Ancientdude painted Frosty all yellow. They are odd looking little speakers to say the least.
Mighty Favog
Not that anyone cares but Stewart Filmscreens (Ohio plant) is not even 3 miles from my house. Yes, they turned down my application when I was out of work this last time.
Jay481985
if the rf-83 are 2000 +- some and are three way I will sure as hell get them
ancientdude
I am thinking that they will be a little more than that. Probably close to 3-4grand. Maybe each?

[] ***** Why are we so sure they will be 3-way speakers?
ottscay
Please can we have pictures? Plllleeeeaaaaassse? Pretty please with sugar on top? Not only is this super-cool, but I want to get some idea of how hard I'm going to be bitten by the upgrade bug... [H]
Daddy Dee
Amy, Can you tell who will be representing Klipsch at CES? I sure wish I could be there. That is an absolutely fabulous system you outlined.
Moderators Amy Posted December 30, 2005 Author Moderators Share Posted December 30, 2005 Sorry, no 3-way models! We're still working on the pics for our website. We'll be getting them up soon. DD, I'm not sure exactly who will be working the booth this year. I know a lot of our staff is out there next week. It's kind of like a ghost town around here! DD, I'm not sure exactly who will be working the booth this year. I know a lot of our staff is out there next week. It's kind of like a ghost town around here! Interesting, a modern 3-way design in this price range seems to be sorely lacking in the world of speakers and would be very welcome. However the Legend series was 3-way and did not do very well, did they?
Moderators Amy Posted December 30, 2005 Author Moderators Share Posted December 30, 2005 Seems to be, Damon, but I'm sure there's a reason for it. I'm not the right person to ask what that reason might be, however [] Although not in the price range you are referring to, the Reference Premiere, which we are still working on (although the finality of the product it still not certain), is a 3-way system. damonrpayne
Reference Premier was targetted at a much larger price point though, correct? I am specifically referring to quality 3-way designs in the less than $3,000 per speaker range. {Edit: Amy reminded me that I can't read so good, and she did in fact alread indicte the price difference}
