Daddy Dee
Michael, Take care, my friend. You have got alot of support and caring in this place, and mine, too. What ever you need to get things centered and right is a good thing. Keep hanging in there. When it's time for you to be back here, you will be welcomed warmly. Blessings, Dee
maxg
Well this was a bit of a bolt from the blue - take your time - sort it out - and ration yourself thereafter to 3 posts per day or something. But do comeback. Oh and the email thing applies here too.... Be Well Michael.

Timmikid
Hi Michael, a very honest statement that got me staring in the monitor's mist for a while. Wake up call, so to speak. It is a good thing to reset and revalue your priorities. It is not a sign of weakness, I think it is a sign of strenght an honesty to yourself. I guess after a peak you have to stroll accross the valley to get to the next one. Take care buddy. Hope to see you here again soon.
thebes
You did real good with the other problem, hell it's one most people can't even look at yet face head on like you did. Although I'm sure right now you're thinking it's simply transference. I'm not so sure. The major monkey is off your back and the rest of it is hopefully just more steps along the path to where you want to, or need to be. The money side can be solved by moving out some or most of the speakers, since by and large you did good with the purchase prices, and had some fun with various road trips to collect them. You've got good friends here who are also good people, so when, and as you need to reach out, please do because we will be here. Although we don't know each other apart from this forum, I feel I am a part of this camaraderie and truly do wish you the best. I have enjoyed your posts and hope to again soon. skonopa
Sorry to hear about all this. It was enjoyable to have met you in Indianapolis and hope I can meet with you again. Like others said, if part of the problem was obsessiveness with buying equipment, you should easily be able to sell off some of that stuff for what you originally paid for (and maybe a little more), thus getting back money you need. Not knowing all the details, that could very well be easier said than done, but at least you seem to be now moving in the right direction. Take care and God Bless. You are in my prayers and I hope we still meet again.

Seadog
Michael, Everyone needs to back away sometimes and take a break. Do something else that you really enjoy for a while. Drop me an e-mail if you want to chat about something non-speaker related. And go out and shoot some really great photos (for fun and profit). cmdridq
Best of luck to you in your quest, whatever the goal may be. Sometimes you've got to step back to see the forest instead of the trees.
Jay481985
sometimes you need to take a break look at the whole picture and take some time off... Heck I didn't want to take a break, it just sorta happened where my mind and body shut down... that was my first year in college. Now that I think about it and I can laugh at myself, I realized I pushed myself to a meltdown. Before college, I had not one summer to do nothing ever since 7th grade. I always did a summer program/intership hell I was doing calculus freshman year during the summer. I graduated with 187 credits in high school which by state law required only 120, I had a 3.89 cumulative average for all four years... I had injured my back in a sports related injury. But I thought I can just push forward but that was not the case. I crashed freshman year and required going to the hospital to get my back repaired (I sound like a broken car) and than school sucked cause at that point I could not learn cause my back was hurting soo much. I didn't drink at college to have a good time I drank to stop the pain in my back.... Everyone needs time to heal and fix things that they neglected. Take you time Michael, everything will work out sooner or later
Frzninvt
Michael, if you get back to this thread and ever want to talk I will email you my home phone #, I have been through alot of personal hell in my 43 years on Earth, I just happen to be at a point where I am happy and things are going well but it has certainly not always been like this. Life is a big roller coaster with alot of ups and downs, jerks to the side, and sometimes 360's all you can do is learn from things so that you are better prepared for the next quick turn. Hang in there man we a pulling for you! My best wishes to you in the New Year!
