tmerry
Your going to need the new pre amp . The CP-1 can be found here
Moderators Amy Posted February 14, 2001 Moderators Share Posted February 14, 2001 The CP-1 does not have a power button; it has a speaker disengage button (a "mute" or headphone only button). The only way to power the V2-400 completely down is to unplug them, or turn off any surge protector they might be plugged into. ------------------ Amy ProMedia Tech Support promediatech@klipsch.com 888-554-5665
Torin
What about the disengage thing? Do I have that or not? I havent upgraded the preamp yet...
Sam_D
No, you don't. If you have a green light that turns to a red light when you push a button next to it, then you have the CP-1.
Seb
you don't need to turn off the speaker, by the way, they automatically switch to a suspend mode.
Baz
Just get used to turning down your volume(prom.) before shutting down. (my set pops if i don't do that)
