Mike... the real one
Hey just one question like that... Are all the promedia's boxes brown, with no image and cost around 5 Cents each? I know this sounds strange to say, but I cant figure out why putting so great speakers in so ugly boxes? Oh well, if a Klipsch marketing pro can answer to this question, I and surely lot of people will learn something... ------------------ I'm the real Mike, and proud of it! Sam_D
I've seen a retail box at best buy (not a shipping box if you ordered it online, but a retail box) and it has all sorts of promotional material on it, so...
Seb
the reason is because before they were available at best buy, nobody saw the box before they bought the speakers and they were in their home unpacking them. so no need for fancy graphics. jcutrone
I ordered my set online and got the retail box.
Moderators Amy Posted February 15, 2001 Moderators Share Posted February 15, 2001 We have brown boxes for online customers and online retailers. Most retail stores prefer the "shelf-friendly" fancier boxes. Obviously, the plain ones are more economical--that's all. If we happen to run out of the brown, you'll get the white. --Amy
Mike... the real one
Thx Amy for the details, I'll check out if our store can order some of these boxes... By the way, do you think of sending the new preamp in stores or you prefer to keep it on your site?
Moderators Amy Posted February 15, 2001 Moderators Share Posted February 15, 2001 From what I understand, the CP-1 will be a web purchase only product. --Amy
