RSW-12 vs. RT-10d vs. RW-12d

Okay, I was planning on getting the RSW-12 for my home theater, which is going for about $1,300 brand new, when I noticed the new Reference subwoofers on the Klipsch website. My room is about 14x11 and I listen to it LOUD. How do these three subwoofers compare to one another and which do you think is best? Unfortunately I won't able to demo any of them so I must rely on your feedback.

I bought an RT-12d in Dec 06 as part of a complete RF-83 surround system. It is a pretty awesome sub. I've been very happy with mine.

However, I was a little disappointed when I recently heard the JL Audio F113 & G113. OMG! I've NEVER IN MY LIFE been so impressed by a sub. The prices are astronomical, but nobody comes close to their capabilities. They also sell a F112 which is a little cheaper, but still way outside the deep discounts you can get an an RT-12d from the dealer.

I just bought an RSW-12 from a dealer
on line, not sure if its an authorized
Klipsch dealer, but they were an actual store and seemed reputable.
They had them on clearance, I got the sub for $620.90 delivered to my
door, two days ago and have been rockin' out ever since. Shipping
only took 3 days and everything was double
boxed. Very happy. Not sure if i can say who they were in here but if
you email me i will forward the link. I actually discovered them
through Amazon.com which from experience they always back their
vendors products/transactions, but when I went to the vendors web
site, they had just marked them down even further. Couldn't
pass it up!

You know I could post a few pages worth of info on each,as I have both. To make a long story short, the RSW12 is a better sub if you like SLAM and do not listen to music with too much information below 25Hz. The RT-10d while not much more capable under 25hz(as it rolls off from there sharply)is more linear down to 25Hz,and is more flat. The auto EQ feature is also a plus.

Depends at what price you can get each. Both are quality subs, the RT-10d being more linear,RSW12 has more slam.

JL Audio forget it,price is over double and triple. Not a real competitor

I see that the vendor lists the sub as the "RSW-12B". What is the deal with the "B"? What did the box it came in say?

Thanks

According to Colterphoto from a post questioning the B on a RSW12, if it is listed in the serial number that way the B stands for black. The post was titled 'RSW12 PRICE', first posted on Dec 20 I think. Search a few pages back for the topic.
