rebe
Help! What can I do about a factory-overtightened hex screw on the mount of the RCX-4? It stripped the supplied hex wrench, and I can't get it out. I need to change the mounting plate from flat to wall mount.
HarryO
Hi, use a quality hex wrench to remove the screw. If the screw is stripped out you can get "easy outs" that bite into the screw to remove it. Sears, etc, should have the "easy out" needed. HarryO
LarryC
Eklind makes great T-handle hex keys that give you lots of leverage, unless the hex socket itself is stripped out. -- Larry
Guest BobG
That's what your friendly authorized Klipsch dealer is for. Return the product to the dealer that sold it to you and get an exchange. We, in turn, will work with the dealer to take care of them.
