ken kaz
Hello there. I have two subs. what is the proper cabibration technique? Calibrate each one to to have the same SPL with the other one off at the same seating area? When I do that, it seems that the sub closest to the seat (my secondary sub) does most of the work. The last time I calibrated, I turned off the secondary sub and set the level to +5dB with the main sub. I then turned on the secondary sub and turned it up till I got +6dB. It seems to work nicely that way. Also, what level are others running at? As previously stated, I have mine +6dB from all of my other speakers. bhenry
Here is the proper calibration techniqe: Adjust the volume and crossover on each sub until you find a sound that you like. Good luck.
