ClaudeJ1
that the Palladium P-39F's truly represent the highest pinnacle ofevolution in the modern Klipsch line for the home. Every detail ofspeaker design has been refined to the nth degree. Trey had to kick meout of the room, but I got a full audition with Mac tubes of all my"test tunes" which are very revealing. They are smooth, powerful,micro-detailed, sub-terranean bass (no subwoofage needed for music).Plus they are the most gorgeous speaker there. I was veryskeptical, but seeing and hearing is believing. I thinnk everyone elsewas impressed also. I had to leave early, so I missed dinner and seeingthe winner's face. Thanks to the Amy and everyone at Klipsch for yourpatience and dedication, above the call of duty and passion, it was agreat time once again. This is only my second time, but I learned somuch again this year. I still prefer the setup in my avatar for sheer impact, but if you like Cornwalls better than Khorns or LaScalas, the Palladium is more like a cornwall in the bass, smoother and deeper, more impact, and the high end is more like the LaScalas with better tweeters. Jay481985
You might read parts of this thread http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/t/106257.aspx Turns out we were listening to Palladium P-38 vs B&W 802B (aka doctor office speakers) Might not be fair reviews since during the listen, we didn't know what we were hearing...then again, maybe that makes it even better? I called it after the test []

I'm glad that you guys survived listening to a pair of B&W 802's without your eardrums shriveling up. I'd like ot hear that Palladiums. I will look for them at CES next January.
