Picked up a mint 1 owner 250M from my local dealer who collects vintage gear. Then grabbed a 3600(basically the same as the highly sought after 3800 minus the dolby) preamp to go with it. Has taken my experience with horns and Marantz to another level. Very dynamic yet very smooth. A nice warm sound with nice seperation and plenty of solid bass.Horns are oh so easy to listen to with this set up. Very analog sound from redbook cds. Its very cool and thought I would share it. [] I've always liked the Marantz sound........but did not experience it with Klipsch until about a year ago. I've been blown away at how clean and detailed the sound is.
