streyle
I currently have a HK AVR-146 and I'm happy with it driving my Cornwalls. I'm looking to upgrade to something that will process the HDMI inputs for the Dolby/DTS HD formats coming from my PS3. I'm currently looking at the HK AV-254, Onky TX-SR606, and Sony STR-DG820. The HK is currently more attractive because of the preamp outputs, but the others are significantly cheaper. Anyone have experience with these? I'm going to be going to a full Heritage 5.1 setup. Currently, I have a pair of Cornwall mains, Heresy center and I'm in the process of acquiring the rears.
oldbuckster
Sometimes cheaper is not the way to go .................. To save money and not be happy is foolish money spent ........... If the Sony is not an ES series pass on it, check here .... www.vanns.com
