Hi, I have 4 KP-250 speakers. Two of them are the older original style with XLR connectors, and the other two are the newer style with Speakon connectors. I notice the new ones sound better, especially at the high end. So my question is, can the old ones be easily upgraded to sound like the new ones? I did notice that the old ones have phenolic diaphragms on both compression drivers, and I see from the spec sheet that the newer ones have one titanium driver. Is that possibly the only difference between the two vintages of speakers, or is there something else? Thanks in advance for any help with this. -Mark
