  1. I have a left and right. Both are ported. I’m just outside of Indianapolis but will deliver within 1-200 miles. As far as the coating…I have to check. It’s not the Durtex but it’s something heavier than regular paint IIRC.
  2. Would also include an iNuke nu3000DSP amp. I was never able to really figure out all the amp settings to get them to sound good. I’m sure it’s an ID10T error but I’m tired of messing around and trying to read forum posts on how to set them up properly. Great condition. Never really used like they should have been. Would be local pickup only because they’re huge as sh$t. https://www.diysoundgroup.com/stonehenge-18-cabinet.html Pic is with a grapefruit for scale. Didn’t have any bananas. Other one looks exactly the same. A few very small scratches that will be touched up before selling. What do you think I should ask for them if I put them on Craigslist? Or here?
  3. Did you load up the calibration file? Shouldn't be THAT far off, but still, could be part of it. i did load the cal file. REW recognized that i had a mic attached and ask if i wanted to load the cal. i'll check my setting tonight. i think maybe i didn't have the volumes up enough or something like that.
  4. thanks for the responses guys. i've probably got some setting screwed up that affected the graph. there is is plenty of sound coming out of the subs. i'm just trying to improve the rumble i think i should be feeling during movies. i'll work through it again tonight. one question...is there any problem with using airplay to get the signal to the receiver while running the sound test?
  5. btw, if anyone lives in the indy area and knows what they're doing, i've got a hsu stf-3 i'll trade for some help with getting my setup fixed.
  6. my build thread. https://community.klipsch.com/index.php?/topic/156481-finallymy-stonehenge-build-thread/?hl=dewthedru i'll spend a little more time on it and then ask specific questions. i'm mostly venting right now.
  7. just picked up a miniDSP UMIK-1 and tried fooling around with it to figure out what needs to be done. here's my first set of measurements with a few tweaks. sigh...i really have no idea what i'm doing.
  8. Have a friend that can help me get some of this stuff for a cheap DIY acoustic treatment project. Will it work? http://www.knaufinsulation.us/sites/us.knaufinsulation.com/files/CI-ADB-DS%20Web.pdf Will build a couple corner traps and 2 panels on each side wall.
  9. ok. thanks! and now i have a squeak in the sub to chase down. it never ends.
  10. This sounds exactly like the problem I had with my Stonehenge builds with the Behringer 3000DSP. Reversing the amp plug fixed the loud hum. The low output was fixed by throwing an Art CleanBox Pro between my receiver and the amp. Boosted the sound by a ton. Now I have to start working on room placement and tuning.
  11. watched Sin City in 3D last night. the 3D affects were almost over the top but it was fantastic after more than a few drinks.
