  1. Just a quick update: I emailed support@klipsch.com and got a quick response. They asked me to send the headphones back so I've put them in the mail and am now waiting to see what happens... I'll let you know how I go. Thanks
  2. Hi, all I bought a pair of x7i headphones from Amazon.com in March 2013. They were excellent until a week ago when the left ear bud suddenly stopped working. The headphones have been treated well and there are no visible marks or damage. Amazon are a registered dealer and the headphones should still be very much under warranty as theyre only about 6 months old. Theyre great headphones but having to choose between awful apple earbuds and no sound in my left ear while I wait to get them fixed definitely sucks. Particularly since I only bought them in March. Other members with similar problems were told to email Klipschs rep, Alex L, so I shot him an email through his forum profile on 17 September 2013 but havent heard anything. Any suggestions on where to go next to get them fixed under warranty would be really helpful and very much appreciated. Thanks!
