We'll now I'm scared that this issue will be present in the next set. I've sent my email with my receipt and am just waiting for a reply. Hopefully it gets taken care of Ina timely manner and I don't end up with another pair without noise canceling....

I love mine too! I use them about 20-30 hours per week at work without hurting my ear canals. By far the most comfortable buds I've ever owned.

I got some recently and the noise canceling went out within two days. I've contacted klipsch by phone and sent them an email with my receipt.waiting to hear back from them but I literally just sent the email yesterday.
