Hello Klipsch support,
I send an email two days ago to promedia@klipsch.com to start this Warranty claim. Have not received a response yet.
I bought a set of headphones on September 15 of 2013. They are "Klipsch - Image One (II) Over-the-Ear Headphones - Black".
Unfortunately the right ear sound stopped playing over two weeks ago and now the left ear sound stopped playing three days ago. I kept them in good order -- no serious shock, no water issues. Just good inside use.
