HI I wanted some advice on some choices . I have a nice dynaco VTA - ST- 120 . Its a modified st-70 employing KT-88'S INSTEAD OF THE ST-70'S el-34'S AND IT SOUNDS NICE BUT IFEEL IF I COULD SOME HOW USE A SOLID STATE on just the woofers the are stock 1970's with new caps in the type AA crossovers and are 4 ohms .The reason I bring this up is I tried a friends McIntosh 2270 in my system an dt souded excellent .I just dont have that kind of $ thanks for any help you may have

HI I am new and wanted advice on some good match with : klipsch Lascala and a McIntosh mx-114 tuner pre amp i do have a dynaco vta st 120 [ 60 wpc] Tube amp and it does sound excellent but... I do miss the dynamics of a more powerfull S.S. amp {my Lascala have the AA x-over ] any ideas ?thank you in advance
