Wow... Nothing, Klipsch?

I was curious if it was possible to get a new band for my m40's. I put them on this morning and they went "POP!". The top plastic cracked in-two. I'm not really looking for a warranty service because I've had them for a little over 2 years; I just want to have them fixed. If there are and CAD Files available, I wouldn't even mind trying to 3-D print a new one... :-) Thanks for any help!
