The issue hasn't been resolved. I will attempt to return them to the supplier as a faulty product. Otherwise they have been a very expensive mistake!

While the in-ear Klipsch earphones deliver a great sound, I am experiencing external noise interference. I can hear my breathing and when the cord touches up against my shirt or other objects i get a rustling noise. Is there anyway to address this? Is it something to do with the microphone? Thanks
