  1. Good day Members It has been a while since I posted any new pictures. Since the last update life and the joy and pain that it brings has reduced work to 2 days per week. As much as I would like to I cannot take credit for all of this work there is a carpenter that I pay an hourly rate. I am still the customer and make changes and I get dirty to, I do a much as I can to defray cost. More money for upgrades. Status Framing 95% Electrical Lighting . 11 hi hats up and running, 4 zones of them pre wire for graficeye 3500 sys r/c system. Plus an additional one back lighted laser etched glass with klipsch logo Thanks, scooter dog Recpectipals 4 -20-amp lines are being pulled through the joist to 2-SURG X sxn-240 220 linen conditioner conected at panel one line for Sherburne 7100 amp hopefully; the power support is there nonetheless.   3. Good day members, Yes, i have seen those plctures of them to. never can find where to buy. here is my soultion to the problem. I am having a klipsch logo laser ecthed into a 27x40" sheet 1/4 tempered colored glass placed in to lighted wall mounted poster case . I will have the image/logo as lagre as possible and centered in the glass. My blub will be a black light in place of the standard blub. I got the image from a fellow forum member, he also did a file transfer to frank Bolger. Stone foundations and water just don't get along in the long term. Is this room in your basement? I'm just a little surprised at the stone fireplace... as basements were rarely used for much more than storage in the really old days. Rob ---------------- yes this is a basment. all exterior walls stone. this is a remodel basmens was finished when we bought, but smell of dampness and musty very strong water and steam heat damaged some walls from in side out. The floor under wood planks, was crushed stone + dirt under floor heater pipes leaking (steam heat system) lots &lots water damage. r& and r all pipes New 3/4 t&g floor down i am puting new wall and door up (solid core) to get as close to zero sound leakage as possible. i start framing tomorrow here are a couple of pictures of the stair case & book case. i plan work in the all of upgrades elecrical, lighting , sound profing , ect while the walls are open. later more pics later peace rodney
  5. good day members, Have A GOOD THANKSGIVING DAY. BUT please don't forget our troops that are in those hostle places. Lets all give thanks for them. They need our prayers & support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here are some updated pictures. I start framing this weekend, the finished usable room size 23x18 I will post more pics and a better description as to progess start to current status.(over the weekend.) over this remodel job has been more than i expected. once i really got started lot of hidden water damage. mosture seapege around stones . DIY repair 20 bags mason mix walls + 25 gallons oil based dry lock. Real test for next couple of days rain day and night I will post the results first picture stairs before addition also note the new wall plates on floors. and wall for built in book case please forgive about the dup pictures could not delete was up loaded peace yendor

  7. Good day menbers, THANKS TO ALL OF THE FROUM MEMBERS INFORMATION THAT MY has asstisted my QUEST FOR PERFECTION. ALL CHROUS II 6.1 theater ! finally my complete remodel has started. After months of planing and research. then complete demolition of the basment has started and been copleted, all the water seepage damage been removed and point of entry in to the house sealed hopefuly. attached are a few pic as to the current progesss. i am rebullding for 6.1 setup + htpc all i plan to use 3"pvc to run speaker wire+dvi+coxaldig through joist and soffet . please, all coments and suggestioms welcome. more pics tomorrow. peace yendor
