  1. The only trim would be a (black painted) metal grill covering the 12", and an aluminum Klipsch inscribed, recessed, handle/grip.

The back plate, with two 1/4 inch insert/jacks, has a fuse (I don't know the rating off hand) and an old "Inspected by:" sticker with hand written signatures.

The boxes look like they are 1/2 in plywood, in a diamond shape, sprayed with black, industrial, paint.

Also, the 12" speaker magnet is stamped "5326".

    I will post photos tomorrow.

    Thanks very much.

  2. I have a pair of beat up Klipsch stage monitors ('70s/'80s) with no identifying marks on them. Can anyone enlighten?

These are three-way monitors in wedge/floor boxes.

The speakers are marked as follows:

    Tweeter - K-77M

    Mid - K-700

    12" speaker - K-42-EV

In addition there is a very elaborate (what looks like a) analog cross-over system.

These monitors sound amazing but, alas, I don't have a use for them. Before I sold/traded them I thought I would try to find out more about them.

I would be very grateful for any information.
