Thanks for the mini-review Justin. I'm gonna have to go check them out at Best Buy. I don't expect these speakers to cause someone to leave Klipsch, but someone like me whose Klipsch died, I have an option to resurrect my Klipsch for $160 or pay $150 for a new complete set, I think I'd go with the new set. (I can still use my Klipsch drivers, just need to hook them to my receiver/amp.)
BTW, the price different is more than $60-70. Many dealers have these Logitechs for $140-150, whereas the Klipsch 4.1 are $300, maybe a little less.
Also, Logitech offers a two year warranty compared to Klipsch's one year.

IGN just posted a complete review on these speakers...

price list for z-560 lowest price $139
too bad none of the stores have them yet.

I'll be first in line to buy these Logitechs, because I'm sure they don't totally sell out there customers after one year. Meanwhile, I have 4 satellites, and 2 subwoofers with no amp to push them, and why should I pay $161 for a replacement sub/amp when I can get this whole set for ~$140
-
Well this option makes sense for those who don't want to pay $161 for a replacement subwoofer/amp.
I don't think I'll be buying Klipsch again, but I may try to salvage these speakers I already paid so much for with one of my receivers.
I am waiting for the Logitech Z-560 to come out.

I have the same problem with my v2-400's . I have to turn the volume up to 9 o'clock and turn down the s/w. Does anyone know if the new preamp fixes this problem?
v.2-400 owners - are you happy with your speakers?

Nope. I have one of the original sets from 10/99. My set is dead.
