  3. Jordan,

Give him some time,he might have some kind of emergency.I have alot of experience on audiogon and from his ads.I think its too detail and most scammer do not like to take an effort to describe the unit in detai, and also I dont think he would pick a BBX as an item to scam people.usually it mcintosh or B&W .why dont you call him and leave a message on his phone and tell him that you are going to report the USPS money order is stolen. If he is smart,I am sure he'll call you right back..I am having my finger cross for ya.

  4. Hello Everyone.I hope this is not a stupid question, but I bought a vintage TT a while back JVC QL-Y55F.it look exactly like the one currently listedon ebay right now.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/JVC-QL-Y55F-Direct-Drive-Turntable-Record-Player-N-R_W0QQitemZ170119088063QQihZ007QQcategoryZ48649QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

The problem with my TT is after playing for around 5-10 minutes the tonearm automatic swing really hard toward the middle and ruin my record and cartridge.I took to the local tech in houston and he doesnt have a clue of what's going on,so I decide to buy a manual tonearm to replace the current one and disable all the auto mechanism. The question is..I DONT HAVE A CLUE about which turn arm to fit with this TT,so if any one have any experience with this TT or know which tonearm should work with this table please help me out..Thank you

  5. Travis,

I am planning to use a R2R for playback only.at the moment I dont have any intention to record.I did some more research today and look like the akai 747 and TEAC 2000R are the 2 best player..I dont want to spend that much on my first player, but if I like what I am hearing after the trial period, than I will buy 1 of the 2 above..thanks

  6. Paul,

I guess I am not alone.I have 2 horn system.avantgarde horn & klipsch. My intention is to share my SET(wavac, art audio,Vaic) amplifiers within my 2 system, but for some mysterious reason. The klipsch system just sound so much better with my pioneer SS receiver.
