  1. Do they still sound distorted after they've had a chance to cool off? 80% volume is excessive...do you have to turn it that high to get good sound? What do you have your windows volumes set to?

  2. Try this test:

Switch the purple and green plugs in your sound card (unplug first). If the same speaker (the one connected to the rear right output of the sub) is dead, then the problem is with the sub. If the problem moves to a speaker connected to a front position of the sub, then the problem is likely with the control pod wiring.

    Let me know!

  3. The shipping and receiving department in Hope is extremely busy, and I'm sure Erica was estimating long just to be safe. Feel free to send me an email with your RA number, and I'll make inquiries for you.

    Thanks,

  6. I don't believe there is such a converter. There is a cable that some people have tried that is sold by www.americandj.com, search for DIN-EX25.

    **WARNING**

The problem with getting an extension cable with the 400 or 4.1 is the tendency for the cable to act as an antennae and pick up all kinds of electrical interference that result in a buzzing noise. This phenomenon doesn't happen with the 2.1.
